Learning a new thing can often be overwhelming. It’s easy to look at all the things you don’t know and assume you’ll never be able to learn half of it, let alone master all of it.
This week, Derek and Jeremy offer some tips on how to get over this anxiety of learning something new along with some tips to help your team grow along with you.
