46. Frustration Desperation

This week our heroes discuss the frustration and disappointment we often feel when things at work don't go according to plan. How do we keep those feelings from taking over?

Software is a complex business. There are tons of moving parts, competing visions, and conflicting personalities. In the software business, it’s easy for things to go wrong. It’s even easier for us to get frustrated, disappointed, and disillusioned with the whole process.

When we get frustrated or disappointed, we have a couple of options. We can quit and find a new job. Or we can come up with some strategies to help us move past it.
